Great work happens in supportive environments.

Our work

Functioning workplaces:

  • Have high quality meetings and time for deep work

  • Foster inclusion

  • Respond to employee needs and improve their culture

  • Provide benefits that support employees lives

We envision workplaces that are human focused and a place where everyone is valued and included.

Our workplace design consultancy helps eliminate obstacles to being a functioning workplace through a combination of coaching, facilitation, and changes to workplace policies and norms.

Working together, you will take steps towards developing a workplace culture where your team members can thrive. We’ll partner with you to make system and culture-level changes that stick, resulting in greater employee engagement.

Throughout our services we root our work in advancing gender, racial, and disability justice, and find joy in supporting organizations in developing effective and employee-friendly workplace cultures and processes. We have expertise and lived experience with fat activism, disability justice advocacy, and gender bias in the workplace.

We defer to organizations owned and operated by people of color for anti-racism training and consultations. We are happy to connect you with some of these organizations if you need support in anti-racism work.
